ok so i'm going to start up some hell dog squadrents/co-squadrents.
here are the rules:

- you have 15 days to get a ref up. if you take to me i will see if i can extend the date.

- they need to follow four different things:
1. hell dog info they need to follow the info on this sheat. Ermen has the rank color for this squadrent.
2. rank info *don't worry about this. i'll not you with the rank yours will have.*
3. if they don't follow those to sheets then you'll have to fix it
4. they must be bi(sorry about that), but they can prefer one over the other* i've changed this so this is nolonger required but you can if you want*
other info:
- all mates will be commoners( sorry but that's the way i've set it up)
- with the ranks its first come first serve.
- they can be male or female with squadrent ranks(same with mates)
- i'll open trainie ranks later on and as others drop out
